Rebecca Ballast is an energetic healer, a Spiritual guide, birth and postpartum doula. A Colorado native, whose family has been in Colorado for generations, her healing practice, Soul Blossom, returns to the ways of her ancestors to integrate, heal, and balance the four manifestations — the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
As a Maya Priestess of the 5th Sun, Rebecca works as a practitioner of holistic and integrative medicine, certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and yoga instructor. She has apprenticed with shamans, healers, curanderos, and birth workers from Colorado, Guatemala, Peru and indigenous birth-workers, birth keepers, and holders of ancestral birth traditions across the United States.
Helping womb carriers to reclaim their sovereignty and to empower them, to love and nourish themselves, and to affirm them as activists for their own care is what Rebecca is most passionate about and feels is her greatest mission.
