Cancellation Policy

Soul Blossom operates on a scheduled appointment basis. You will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied to your scheduled appointment. When cancelling an appointment, we require ALL customers to provide 24-hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours will be charged 50% of the appointment. *Special events (i.g. Retreats & Healing Series) have a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your space. Soul Blossom offers "Birth Doula" services and babies tend to come on their own schedule; IF Soul Blossom must cancel or reschedule your session we will apply a 20% discount to your rescheduled service. Cancellations and reschedules related to conditions outside the client's or Soul Blossom's control such as inclement weather causing Denver Public Schools to run on an alternate schedule or quarantine restrictions requiring Soul Blossom to close will be rescheduled within 7-days.
